Sorry this has taken me a while to write, but i just wanted to email you to say a HUGE thank you for everything you and your team did on our wedding day. We had an amazing day and had so many comments of how amazing the food was. It was a very important part of the day for us, so thank you so much for doing such an excellent job – both in terms of service and food quality. A few people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!! The lamb was perfectly cooked and we had so many comments about the crab. Apparently the canapes were delicious too though unfortunately i was too busy chatting to have any! The whole catering experience seemed to run perfectly from our perspective so thank you for putting us at ease and organising everything so perfectly. I hope it wasn’t stressful at your end. We will send a few photos in due course when we receive them from our photographer!
