Preparation: Anything from 1 month – 18 months
Serves: 20 – 300 people
- We start by ASKING and LISTENING. We are genuinely interested in your event and want to hear your thoughts and ideas so we can help you with your plans
- We add a whole lot of UNDERSTANDING. You’ll have questions and concerns, but as seasoned caterers we’ll soon be able to clarify all your questions and render your worries
- Next we fold in lashings of clear, honest, professional ADVICE to help GUIDE you, enabling you to make informed decisions
- We chop the financial guesswork for you by whipping up a personalised Guide To Costs as soon as we have established what dishes will best suit your event
- We’ll infuse you with INSPIRATION and create a stylish menu that you and your guests will love to eat and never forget
- Once you have booked us, you will be able to relax and relish the excitement and anticipation of your event
- Our Head Chef will start the mise en place (putting things in place) for the THOUGHTFUL PREPARATION of your chosen menu
- We source LOCAL, SEASONAL INGREDIENTS to create outstanding dishes
- Our talented chefs will blend their CREATIVE FLAIR and SKILLS to freshly prepare your chosen dishes
- Chopping, sautéing, simmering, marinating, steaming, and roasting all takes place in our 5-star PURPOSE DESIGNED KITCHEN
- The chefs all add a big dollop of LOVE into every dish
- We co-ordinate every relevant aspect of the catering in advance with CONSIDERATION and relentless ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- We finalize all the arrangements in writing including time plans, pre-orders, staff services and equipment hire schedules
- Let the service begin! Our Event Manager and team of helpful waiting staff will be cool as cucumbers on your event day, setting the stage for a meal to remember and looking after your guests with zest and great cheer
