We wanted to drop you an email and say thank you for such an amazing wedding buffet. We have been away on honeymoon, but have caught up with friends this week and they have ALL been commenting on how amazing the food was! The guests particularly loved the BBQ buffet, and we can see why it is a favourite of yours to cater for. We would also like to thank your staff for all their efforts on the day, and for ensuring that everything went smoothly- you were certainly more than just a catering team, and your attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you for being part of such a wonderful day. 

I can’t believe our wedding was a month ago and I’m sorry it has taken so long for me to get in touch with you. We came back for our honeymoon two weeks ago and are moving house this weekend so it’s been all systems go. A proper note will be on its way to you soon, but we just wanted to say thank you so much for everything. We had so many compliments on the food, which was delicious and exactly what we’d hoped for. The crumble and clotted cream was probably my highlight, but the salads and pies and starters were all super! Thanks for smoothing out any problems that arose, especially providing a bar man when ours didn’t turn up. We really can’t thank you enough for sorting that out so beautifully and we had so many compliments on how great he was – so thanks. Thanks, too, for all the help with planning over the months preceding. Right from the start, I felt that I was in safe hands and felt particularly reassured by your incredible organisation. I hope wedding season is calming down for you and you can have a well-deserved rest. All best wishes

I just wanted to drop you a quick note before we shoot off on our honeymoon to thank you for Saturday. Brad and I had the most fantastic day and the food was outstanding. We have had so many people say to us that the paella was the best they have ever tasted and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you so much for all you did for us on our wedding day. The weather was pretty wet and you guys were in and out of it so much. Bloody troopers, we are so grateful. The food was delicious, we had so many comments on how tasty it was. The set up was perfect and exactly what I would have done myself. Would you also thank your girls who were there working please. Two weeks on and things have finally settled back to some kind of post wedding normality, sadly! Maysie and I wanted to say a huge “Thank You” for all of your hard work on the catering front. It was all amazing!  Everyone commented on how great it all was and when we have asked what the favourite thing they ate was, everybody said different so I think we managed to hit everyone’s spot!! We have recommended you to so many people and will continue to do so!!I believe your husband was chef of the day and I know how hard he worked in the heat! I feel awful that it has taken so long to get in touch and say a huge thank you to your team for being such wonderful caterers at our wedding! We are just about getting back to normal life now after what has been the most amazing time! Mike and the team were of course fantastic! The food was fabulous and the service perfect. Everything just happened so efficiently, and I didn’t even notice anyone serving, if that makes sense! I just got the official photos back this week from Tom! Please forgive the huge lateness in me sending this over to you. I have just been through my emails in a huge panic because I thought I had emailed you, and I obviously haven’t which is a total oversight on my part, so please forgive me! Dan and I just wanted to extend a huge thank you to you for absolutely everything you did for our wedding. The food was sensational, and we really loved it! The comments we had from all of our guests were extremely complimentary with a lot of people have told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, never mind from a marquee set up! The staff too were really lovely and nothing seemed to be too much of a chore for them. They were extremely attentive and on hand at all times. Thank you so much for your support in terms of advice and working everything out, it was all really helpful and made all the difference. Sorry this has taken me a while to write, but i just wanted to email you to say a HUGE thank you for everything you and your team did on our wedding day. We had an amazing day and had so many comments of how amazing the food was. It was a very important part of the day for us, so thank you so much for doing such an excellent job – both in terms of service and food quality. A few people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!! The lamb was perfectly cooked and we had so many comments about the crab.  Apparently the canapes were delicious too though unfortunately i was too busy chatting to have any! The whole catering experience seemed to run perfectly from our perspective so thank you for putting us at ease and organising everything so perfectly. I hope it wasn’t stressful at your end. We will send a few photos in due course when we receive them from our photographer! 

Thank you providing us with such a fantastic wedding breakfast, and it’s been a joy to work with you over the past 18 months or so. We will defiantly recommend you in the future. All the best, 

We’re finally coming back to reality after our wonderful day last week and just wanted to drop you a quick note! We would like to say a huge thank you, thank you and thank you again!! I’m sure there were times that you were at the point of despair with us as we were useless at responding and continuously changed things but you remained extremely professional and super helpful! Your support throughout this whole process has been amazing and you helped us to build the perfect menu for our big day! The food throughout was incredible and everyone is still going on about the delicious lamb!!! Please also thank the team on the day, they went out of their way to deliver a fantastic service and were flexible even when we were running a little late!!! They were friendly and were always happy to help if anyone had any questions or requests. The whole experience will remain a huge part of our memories of a wonderful day and we are so grateful for everything! Thanks again,

On behalf of my husband and I we would like to say a big thank you for Saturday. The food was delicious, so many of our guests said how yummy it all was and your staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, they made the day run really smoothly. I can’t remember the ladies name, but your restaurant manager was fantastic! She gave us our own special plate of canapes and she coped with the changes in weather (and timings) brilliantly.
We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the other week.  Your team were amazing, they set up, cooked, served and washed up without any fuss at all – really professional and made it very easy for us.  Our guests really loved the food and I got a lot of compliments about it.  A friend or ours who lived in Spain for 12 years said it was “better than the Paella in Valencia”.  Praise indeed, I think!
